Welcome to Everest Sky Helicopter. By booking a helicopter flight or using any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.
1. Booking and Confirmation
- All bookings must be made through our website, authorized partners, or directly via WhatsApp at +977 9851405337.
- A minimum deposit of 20% of the total cost is required at the time of booking to confirm your seat.
- The remaining balance (80%) must be paid before departure.
- You will receive confirmation via email or WhatsApp once your booking is secured.
2. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment options:
- Bank transfer
- Online payment (via secure gateway)
- Cash or card payment at our office in Thamel, Kathmandu
- All payment details will be clearly communicated upon booking.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before the scheduled flight date.
- 50% refund for cancellations made between 48 hours to 7 days prior to flight.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before flight time.
- Full refund in case of cancellation due to bad weather or technical reasons on our end.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original mode of payment.
4. Rescheduling Policy
- Flights may be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before departure, subject to seat availability.
- Rescheduling requests within 48 hours of departure may incur a handling charge.
5. Weather and Delays
- All flights are subject to weather conditions and air traffic control decisions.
- We prioritize passenger safety. In case of bad weather or technical issues, flights may be delayed or canceled.
- In the event of a cancellation due to weather, you can choose to: Reschedule your flight at no extra cost, or Receive a full refund.
6. Medical Fitness and Insurance
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to fly, especially at high altitudes.
- Travel and medical insurance is strongly recommended, especially for rescue flights.
- Everest Sky Helicopter can assist with insurance documentation for claims if required.
7. Passenger Conduct
- Passengers must follow instructions from the flight crew at all times.
- We reserve the right to deny boarding to anyone under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or exhibiting unsafe behavior.
8. Luggage Policy
- Due to weight limitations, luggage is restricted.
- Extra luggage can be transported with additional charges or in a separate flight, if necessary.
9. Liability Disclaimer
- Everest Sky Helicopter is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or missed connections caused by weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
- While we take every precaution for your safety, passenger liability is limited under aviation laws.
10. Modification of Terms
- Everest Sky Helicopter reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
