Booking Confirmation
- A 20% deposit is required to confirm your helicopter booking.
- The remaining 80% balance must be paid before departure, either online, by bank transfer, or in person at our Kathmandu office.
- Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with full flight details.
Flexible Rescheduling
- You can reschedule your flight free of charge up to 48 hours before departure, subject to availability.
- Last-minute rescheduling (within 48 hours) may incur a nominal handling fee.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before flight full refund of deposit.
- 50% refund for cancellations made 48 hours to 7 days before departure.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure, except for weather-related or medical emergencies with valid documentation.
Weather Delays and Safety First
- In case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, flights may be delayed or rescheduled. Your safety is our top priority.
- If your flight is canceled due to weather, you can either reschedule or receive a full refund.
